Tell us if a fact on this site is wrong
We correct confirmed errors in licence details, studio credits and other checkable claims. We do not run a complaints desk for bets, bonuses or account closures — that is the operator’s job, with the Commission as the regulator.
How to report
Email hello@paylineparlour.com with:
- The page URL and a quote of the sentence you believe is wrong.
- What it should say instead.
- A source we can check — preferably the UKGC register or the operator’s licensed site.
What happens next
If we can verify the correction, we update the page and change the “Last checked” or “Last updated” line. We do not publish a running log of every tweak. Disagreements about a letter grade are editorial judgements; we will still look at them if the underlying studio fact is wrong.
